Arizona requires every parent of a natural or adopted, unemancipated minor child who files for a divorce, separation, parenting time, or custody, or is involved in any paternity proceeding in which a party has requested that the superior court determine custody, specific parenting time, or child support, to attend a Parent Education class.

Most Arizona Courts require completion of a four hour course. Therefore, you should enroll in the Impact of Divorce on Children to meet this requirement, however, you may enroll in both the IODC and IODA courses (save $7.00).
