How it Works

Our courses are designed for ease of use. The site will lead you through each step of registration and enrollment. This is how it works…

Register

Review our course offerings. Once you decide which course(s) you would like to take, click on any of the “Register Now” buttons.

This will take you to the page where you will choose your user name and password. Be sure to write down your user name and password! You will need it each time you wish to access your course(s).

You will then be taken to the registration page where you will enter your information. We must have the information listed to generate your certificate of completion. If you do not have some of the information at the time of registration, you may add it later by accessing your profile in your course.

When you complete the registration you will be directed to the Course Purchase page.

Course Purchase Process

Select a course from the Course listing. Click the Add to Cart button. You will then be taken to the PayPal shopping cart. If you wish to purchase additional courses, just click on the Continue Shopping button. When you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase.

PayPal

We use Paypal as our payment processor. Paypal accepts payment from either your bank account or credit card. Your transactions are protected by PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention measures. You may use a credit card to make your purchases even if you don't have a Paypal account, however, if you wish to use your checking account for payment, you must use a PayPal account. Setting up a Paypal account is fast and simple and can be done during your purchase process.

Beginning Your Course

After your payment has been processed through PayPal, click on the Return to Merchant button. You will then log in and be directed to your course page, where you may select which of your course you wish to enter.

Courses

All of our courses are completely online. No waiting for materials to be mailed, no inconvenient faxing or mailing of exams, and no waiting for your certificate. Upon successful completion of the course, you receive immediate access to your certificate which you may print and submit to the Court if required.

Returning to the course

You do not need to complete the course in one sitting. You may leave the course and return at any time simply by logging in, clicking the link to your course, and picking up where you left off. You have 90 days from your date of enrollment to complete a course. The classes are self-paced so you can take them at your convenience.

Finishing the Course

You have 90 days from the date of enrollment to complete the course. When you finish the course material, and successfully complete the online quizzes and course evaluation, you will have fulfilled the requirements for course completion. You will be able to view your quiz grade immediately, so you will know when you have passed the course (80% is passing). You have three attempts to pass the final quiz.

Receiving Your Certificate of Completion

After you have successfully completed the quiz and evaluation, a certificate of completion will be immediately available to you. You should print out this certificate and give it to your attorney or file it with the Court if you were required by the Court to complete the course(s). The certificate will be available for 90 days from the date of enrollment. After that period, records are purged, so be sure to print and keep a copy.
